Louisville’s Frazier History Museum is offering weekly outdoor walking tours through July for guests to explore the architecture and history of the city.

When do Frazier History Museum walking tours start?

According to a news release from the museum, the tours begin June 17 and run on a weekly basis through July 29. The tours start at 10:30 a.m. each Monday and last around 70 minutes. Museum members and pass holders can attend for free or general admission is $14.

The tours will be led by Patty Morris, a Hall of Fame teacher of 23 years at Ballard High School, and will cover about a mile over ten blocks.

“From the architecture of Main Street and City Hall to Abraham Lincoln and Lewis and Clark along the river, Patty will share key moments and uncover hidden details in the landscape perfect for both visitors and lifelong residents,” said the release.

It’s recommended for guests to reserve a tour spot in advance, with a maximum capacity of 12 to “ensure the best experience.”
