More than 20 restaurants, shops, and spas will offer chocolate samples or a chocolate-themed dish paired with local craft beer, bubbly, and wines. This year, you can learn to make chocolate truffles at Fusion Esco for an additional $45. Two classes will be held, one at 11 am and a second at 12:30 pm.
