​”​Sesame Street Live!​  Say Hello” will ​b​e presented at 2 p.m. Sunday, June 30, at the Budweiser Events Center, 5290 Arena Circle.

Elmo, Abby Cadabby, Cookie Monster and their friends from Sesame Street are coming to the neighborhood to say hello. In ​”Sesame Street Live! ​Say Hello,​” attendees can sing and dance with these furry friends while enjoying fun surprises along the way.

Loveland Garden Tour

​The 20th annual Loveland Garden Tour & Art Show will take place ​at 8 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, June 29.

​The theme this year is “Planting with Purpose.” Each of the garden hosts has a unique story and motivation behind how they approach their spaces.

The tour begins at the Loveland Youth Gardeners’ Good Enough Farm, 2500 E. First St.

Tickets are $25. Through Friday, people can get two tickets and a program for $55. Admission is free for ages 12 and under.

NoCo Equality Pride

Northern Colorado Equality will hold its ​NoCo Equality Pride 2024 event at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 29, at First National Bank Exhibition Hall at The Ranch, 5280 Arena Circle.

The event will include performances, speeches, interactive activities, vendors and more.

‘The Human Landscape’

“The Human Landscape,” artwork of Elizabeth Alexander, Yazz Atmore and Luis Santacruz, will be featured in the main gallery at the Loveland Museum, 503 N. Lincoln Ave., opening to the public on Saturday, June 29.

Th​e group exhibition addresses the subject matter of identity through the lens of social justice, history, universal relationship and kinship, both personal and in the broad context of community.

The exhibit will remain on view through Sunday, Sept. 1.

Teddy’s Hike

The annual Teddy’s Hike fundraising event to raise money for the Community Kitchen will take place at 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the pavilion at Benson Sculpture Park, 1125 W. 29th St.

Teddy’s Hike was created by a formerly homeless man who had been helped by the Community Kitchen to help raise funds and awareness for the organization. The man who was homeless for two and a half years would often go to the Community Kitchen not just for food, but also to connect with others.

New this year will be a scavenger hunt through the park, with prizes for the top teams.

The family-friendly event also includes lunch.

A virtual hike option also is available.

Singing Scramble

The Larimer Choral Society’s annual golf tournament ,the Singing Scramble Golf Tournament, will be held at 7:30 a.m. Saturday, June 29, at Mariana Butte Golf Course, 701 Clubhouse Drive.

The $160 entry fee includes lunch, cart, and range balls. The proceeds of the golf tournament will directly support the creation of choral masterworks in our community.

‘Ascend’

MacKinnon Royal Dance will perform ‘Ascend’ at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, June 29, at the Rialto Theater Center, 228 E. Fourth St.

MacKinnon Dance’s 2024 winter/spring season, entitled “Ascend,” will include the stunning pieces that explore the nature of life’s triumphs over adversity through dance choreography that will thrill audiences young and young at heart. This recital performance will also include award winning pieces from dancers returning home from the competition season.

Holes & Hops

Colorado Youth Outdoors will present the Holes & Hops Cornhole Tournament at 2-6 p.m. Saturday, June 29, at its facility at 4927 E. County Road 36.

Four games are guaranteed, and there will be food trucks and brews available from local breweries.

Cost is $150 for a team of two, and there will be $3,000 worth of prizes.

The event is for ages 21-plus, and advance registration is required.

Artisan Street Fair

An Artisan Street Fair will be held at 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday, June 29, in downtown Fort Collins at 222 Linden St.

Colorado Markets showcase the talents of dozens of handpicked, small-scale makers, bakers, artists, and boutiques from across the state, including upcycled leather accessories, hand-poured soy candles and goat milk soaps, upcycled apparel, herb garden, macrame, custom artwork, photography, ceramics and more.

The fair also will feature music and food trucks.

Bosley Benefit

A benefit for Lucas Bosley, a child battling leukemia, will be held at 1-5 p.m. Saturday, June 29, on the back patio of Avogadro’s Number, 605 S. Mason St.

The 3-year-old has been in treatment at Children’s Hospital for two months.

The event will include live music and a silent auction.

ESTES PARK

Night Sky Talk

Join author and photographer Dawn Wilson as she shares her stories and night-sky photography at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 29,  in the Estes Park Museum meeting room, 200 Fourth St.

She will reflect on her first time seeing a sky full of stars, tell stories about encounters with wildlife and her hopes for improving dark skies for animals that rely on it for hunting and resting. The presentation will include a collection of photos and videos that show star trails, Northern Lights, the Milky Way, an eclipse, and the moon from dark sky locations in Colorado, Alaska and more.

The program is free and open to the public.
